The battle to offer the populations of the hinterland the same privileges and services as those of the urban centre continues to be prioritised by the head of the Municipal Executive of the mandate of the challenges. Apart from regular road improvements, it is also the redistribution of electrical energy that accompanies the many services that the municipality is constantly providing. It is in response to the incessant demand of the populations of Makong and surroundings that a provisional reception commission went to the field. This is for the rehabilitation and reinforcement of the medium and low voltage three-phase power line of Makong village which was carried out on Friday, June 3 by Musec SARL. Similarly, the commission also assessed the extension of the single-phase low-voltage electricity network in Nkeulih village. The beneficiary villages of this project, which is the subject of the order letter Nยฐ02/LC/C.DSC/SG/CIPM/2022, received it as a relief to the many pains they were facing. They have also greeted the commission for all the achievements they have benefited from under the era of the Mayor Jacquis Gabriel Kemleu’s mandate. The technicians of the municipality, the sectorial and Mr. Boniface Megouo, regional coordinator of the PNDP were in contact with the populations of Makong and Nkeulih gathered around their chiefs.
